Perth developer Willing Group has launched a new $39 million luxury residential development in the inner Perth suburb of Mount Lawley, right near Beaufort Street.

No. 7 Field Street will consist of 24 residences and six townhomes designed by Hillam Architects in collaboration with Griffiths Architects who specialise in heritage architecture.

Mt Lawley

Mount Lawley is a desirable suburb just 4 kilometres north of the Perth CBD. It is known for its dining and nightlife, trendy stores and live performances. Beaufort Street’s Monday Night Market is an institution, while the Astor Theatre hosts live rock and comedy shows in its art deco building. Nearby Hyde Park has resident black swans and Moreton Bay fig trees.

A 6-green star building, the development will feature a heated outdoor pool, private gym, yoga studio, sauna, a concierge-style mailroom and even a dog washroom.

“With so few apartments of this quality in the area, No 7. Field Street is an ideal option for local downsizers seeking a luxury apartment option in a neighbourhood they are familiar with,” said Tim Willing, the Managing Director of Willing Property.

“We have designed the residences in response to demand for a new apartment or townhome in Mt Lawley that doesn’t compromise on luxury, space, gardens, quality or amenity.”

“The 30 luxuriously appointed residences have been meticulously considered, planned and designed to appeal to a wide range of homeowners and lifestyle needs. The apartments and townhomes are almost one-and-a half times bigger than other apartments on the market, with no two floorplans being the same.”

The development is located on a 3000sqm site surrounded by a 770sqm pocket of private landscaped gardens and shared social spaces designed by Tim Davies Landscaping.

The cost of the two-bedroom apartments starts at $849,000 with the four-bedroom penthouses costing $2.75 million.

The developer said enquiries have already exceeded expectations, with buyers from Perth and the Eastern States expressing interest. The development is Willing’s second in Mt Lawley over the past twelve months after the Clifton + Central project, which is more than 75% sold with construction scheduled for completion in January.
