  • Baldivis once again tops the charts in the freshly released REIWA Perth Market Snapshot
  • Properties listed for sale are 35% lower than the same week last year at 8,313 listings
  • Perth's inner city unsurprisingly tops the rental side of the market

Baldivis takes out the gold spot in property sales in Perth for last week at 22 properties sold, followed closely by Claremont with 21 sales.

REIWA describes the sales activity for the week as “remaining stable”.

The total sales in the city reached 1,010 which is an improvement on the 940 sales from four weeks ago and almost double the sales from the same week last year (527 sales).

Listings however are a far reach from 2020 figures with 8,313 properties listed for sale last week and 35% less than the same week last year.

On the rental side of the market, Perth’s inner city has proven to be a hotspot with 32 properties leased in the week. East Perth came in second place with 26 properties leased.

REIWA reports there are 2,747 properties for rent in Perth. This in 1% up from the previous week however 49% down from the same week in 2020.
