Spanning a sprawling 26,000 square meters at 91 – 113 Davidson Road, this development promises to redefine luxury living and hospitality in Australia.
Elevating luxury living
One of the most striking features of the project is the inclusion of six “underwater” aquarium rooms. These rooms, with glass walls offering an immersive view into the lagoon, promise an unparalleled experience for guests seeking a blend of luxury and adventure.
GURNER™’s CEO, Tim Gurner, expressed his excitement about the project, stating, “We see this as a huge opportunity for the future of Port Douglas – the incredible area is crying out for some amazing accommodation that highlights its natural beauty, which is what inspired the design of our luxury wellness experience that locals will be proud of.”

Residents and guests will have access to a range of amenities designed to promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. From spa and relaxation facilities to wellness concierge services, every aspect of the resort is crafted to enhance the human experience.
“As with all our lifestyle and property projects, we always try to push the boundaries of what is possible – at Davidson Street in Port Douglas there’ll be lagoon-facing underwater rooms, wellness facilities and our signature brand of high-end residences, culminating in a new experience that you won’t be able to get anywhere else in far north Queensland.”

Set amidst over 5,500 square meters of private landscaped areas, the ultra-luxury homes and townhomes offer residents a retreat like no other. With seven different villa types available, residents will have the opportunity to choose a residence that suits their lifestyle and preferences.
Priced between $2.5 million and $10 million, each residence is meticulously designed to offer the utmost in comfort and sophistication.
