GURNER™’s CEO, Tim Gurner, expressed his excitement about the project, stating, “We see this as a huge opportunity for the future of Port Douglas – the incredible area is crying out for some amazing accommodation that highlights its natural beauty, which is what inspired the design of our luxury wellness experience that locals will be proud of.”

Exploring the residential retreats

In addition to its awe-inspiring hotel accommodations, the resort will also feature a residential component that promises unparalleled luxury living. Set amidst over 5,500 square meters of private landscaped areas, the ultra-luxury homes and townhomes offer residents a retreat like no other. With seven different villa types available, residents will have the opportunity to choose a residence that suits their lifestyle and preferences.

Priced between $2.5 million and $10 million, each residence is meticulously designed to offer the utmost in comfort and sophistication.
