  • NPG data to be integrated into PTG CRM services
  • PTG will become a strategic shareholder in NPG
  • NPG also signed a partnership with Homely in April

PropTech Group Ventures* (ASX: PTG) has announced a shareholder partnership with National Property Group.

The PTG and National Property Group partnership will allow PropTech Group to integrate improved data into its leading CRM services, and allow National Property Group to further accelerate its recent growth.

Under the agreement, PropTech Group will become a strategic shareholder in National Property Group.

PropTech Group managing director and CEO, Joe Hanna, said the partnership will make the process of accessing data more efficient:

“By deeply integrating National Property Group’s solutions into our customers’ workflows, we can make their products significantly more appealing to our shared customers. The good news for our customers is that they will be able to access market data without having to log out of their CRM and then separately log into National Property Group,” said Mr Hanna.

“Because 56% of real estate agents in Australia and New Zealand use at least one of our products, we believe we can help real estate agents become more efficient by helping them more easily deploy the high-quality data and insights offered by National Property Group.”

National Property Group was established in 2020 after the acquisition of one of Australia’s leading property data platforms, with its property intelligence platform relaunched in 2021.

The company also signed a strategic partnership with Homely in April.

Don Harb, Chief Data Officer at National Property Group said, “Through our own innovation, and partnerships, we are committed to removing those technology silos that result in a lack of efficiency for property professionals.

“Our shareholder partnership with PropTech Group will enhance our already significant data set. PropTech Group’s real estate customers will be able to seamlessly access our data from the CRM they already use all day, every day. With this deep integration, agents can in just a few clicks add our data into vendor proposals, appraisals, pricing strategies, reports, and marketing materials.”
