The 11th edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit (ARES 2025), supported by Sybarite Architects, convened over 400 delegates at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok, on 11 December.
As the thought leadership platform of PropertyGuru Group (NYSE: PGRU), the full-day event featured expert talks, panel discussions, keynote presentations, and networking ahead of the Asia Property Awards Grand Final and International Luncheon on 12 December.

Syetarn Hansakul, senior analyst for South-East Asia at The Economist Intelligence Corporate Network, kicked off proceedings with macro insights on global challenges and the regional outlook into 2026.
