Northerly Group Australia awarded Top WA Home

The group’s Applecross home was awarded for its exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

The home boasts an innovative mix of construction techniques. It has a 30KW solar system that provides both power to the home and energy for a water piping system that pre-heats water to heat the semi-enclosed swimming pool and the in-slab heating and cooling system. Internally, a combination of polished travertine, marble, granite, timber veneer, lacquered cabinetwork, wall panelling, double glazing and slumped glass adds to the overall high standard of workmanship of the Applecross Residence.

“The entries in this year’s awards have been extremely impressive, despite the issues faced by the residential housing sector, they have remained resilient and shown this through their work,Chief Judge Robert Shaw said.

“The home offers incredible views of Applecross, every detail in this home has been carefully considered, from the subtle textures, finishes and architecture, this home inspires and delights those fortunate enough to call it their own. Congratulations Northerly Group Australia on this stunning build”, Shaw said.
