On Monday 29 May 2023, liquidators were appointed to wind up Western Australian building company The Slattery Group WA Pty Ltd.

The ASIC notice of appointment as liquidator noted that at aa general meeting of the Company’s members, it was resolved that the Company would wind up.

Ernst and Young’s Samuel John Freeman and Clare Anne Baily were appointed liquidators.

According to the company’s site, Slatter Group WA was established by Mark Slatter in early 2001 and operates in commercial, industrial, and residential construction.

This year has also seen the collapse of LDC, Hallbury Homes, and Hamlen Homes.
