Located six kilometres south of the Perth CBD Como is a suburb well known for stately homes and for being near the river. The new development – M/26 – is aimed at downsizers who want to continue living in the area.
The Managing Director of Match parent company M/Group, Lloyd Clark, said the market-led design process used by the company revealed a lack of quality options for locals wanting to downsize within Como area.
