One of the most elevated penthouses on the southern Gold Coast has arrived on the market.

KTQ Group’s Miles Penthouse, priced at $16.75 million will offer a single opportunity to purchase the 760sqm split-level penthouse home with a bespoke entertaining deck and private pool.

With over two years in the design phase, the penthouse will consist of five ensuite bedrooms, a gymnasium, a home office, three separate living areas and a study.

This residence will crown the 118 residences within Miles that were also sold within several months of their releases back in 2020.

“We purposely held back the release of this penthouse as it has been our passion to take advantage of this incredibly rare opportunity and create something of distinction overlooking Kirra beach,” said Jeremy Holmes, Development Director of KTQ Group.

“There will never be another penthouse of this calibre and position on the southern Gold Coast.”

The space is bolstered by soaring ceilings with a large serves space, butler panty, wine storage and even back of the house for staff, with a full entertainers kitchen on the rooftop terrace.

“No detail has been overlooked, this penthouse contains every consideration for elevated coastal living including a secure 7 car garage with storage.” added Mr Holmes.

Initially, the penthouse collection was initially conceived as a duo, however, the second one has been retained by Peggy and Brian Flannery, group directors of KTQ.

“We fell in love with the ambitious design of the penthouse, it became a passion project for us to devise the most indulgent home we could envision, and once we witnessed the finished product, we found ourselves too enamoured to give it up,” said Ms Flannery.

“Such a remarkable destination demanded an equally scintillating residential offering, and so the penthouse was born from a desire to elevate the greatest natural assets on offer in Kirra.”

Miles Residences is being marketed by Tim Keenan of Kennan and Co, who says prospects have been aware of the penthouse impending introduction to the market.

“We’ve had some approaches from groups mindful that we would bring this to the market at some point, so there is definitely some keen interest,” said Mr Keenan.

“It really is an incredible, once in a lifetime offering and we expect very keen interest in the coming weeks.”

Construction on the penthouse is underway with completion due mid-2023.
