The four-acre site which was formerly occupied by the Sundowner Hostel will now house The Grove Residences – four individual residential buildings.

“The Grove Residences is among one of the most significant revitalisations to be delivered not only in the western suburbs but also to Greater Perth.”

Paul Blackburne, Blackburne Managing Director

Demand has been high for the luxury apartments with 85% already sold. Future residents to be of all walks of life, from young families to downsizers.

“In a modern community there needs to be housing diversity that allows for a range of age groups at different stages of life to live together, creating a truly vibrant lifestyle in an area they love and want to remain in for generations,” said Mr Blackburne.

“The Grove Residences will deliver all this and more, with the design of the complex procured in a deliberate way allowing for spacious apartments, extra car bays and green open space at affordable prices.”

“Our exceptional sales figures prove that The Grove Residences is meeting the needs of local buyers and will undoubtedly help promote vibrancy, safety and wellbeing to this landmark site”, said Mr Blackburne.

Residents will be able to enjoy the many features of the accommodation, such as a fully equipped gym, yoga studio, a 30m heated pool, spa, sauna, steam room and a golf simulator.

The ground level will boast many BBQs and outdoor dining settings, While the rooftop will feature entertaining spaces such as a cocktail bar, private kitchen dining room, luxurious lounge and another outdoor BBQ. This space will offer stunning 360-degree views of the city skyline.

Multiplex will lead the construction with 1,100 construction jobs expected to be created.

Construction will be completed by mid-2023.
