With the median house price across the Perth metro region topping $500,000, and $779,000 Australia wide, it was interesting to see some new house and land packages that will soon be offered in the low $400,000’s.

Twenty-one new packages are being added to the Greenlink Mews development in the southeastern suburb of Harrisdale, in Cedar Woods’ Harrisdale Green community.

Harrisdale Green has been developed in collaboration with the Department of Communities.

30 minutes from Perth’s CBD, built by TERRACE Homes and Nicheliving, the precinct looks to provide an opportunity for homebuyers to find a space that the developer claims to be both “accessible and modern”.

Cedar Woods State Manager WA, Ben Rosser, said Greenlink Mews is a “rare gem” in today’s market.

“We are pleased to be offering three- and four-bedroom packages starting from the low $400,000s. This price point means we are able to provide modern homes that won’t break the bank,” he said.

“These homes provide a real opportunity for first home buyers and downsizers to get their hands on a brand-new home in a tough market. We’re expecting these homes to be a hot commodity once launched later this month.”

TERRACE Homes General Manager, Paul Spadanuda, said he is excited to be a part of such a unique addition to the Perth property scene.

“We’re really happy to be partnering with Cedar Woods to deliver a high-quality product for the Harrisdale area. Greenlink Mews combines nature, affordability and luxury into one, and we can’t wait to bring this project to fruition,” he said.

Nicheliving Managing Director, Ronnie Michel-Elhaj, said he is looking forward to working alongside Cedar Woods to build this new precinct.

“We are excited to get to work with the team at Cedar Woods to bring Greenlink Mews to life,” Ronnie said.
