Infinity Residential, a new development in Norwest, Sydney is set to launch featuring unique living spaces designed by award-winning firm Turner Architects, along with one of the largest pools in the Hills District.
Part of the master-planned Infinity Park development, the residences will be located within a short walking distance towards Sydney Metro Northwest, and are designed to blend in with the local area.
“We’ve come up with a design that encapsulates serenity with a relaxed resort-style ambience featuring beautiful interiors, seamless integration with the outdoors, while being enveloped by calming nature,” said Robert Tasevski, the General Manager at Haitchin Group, who are developing the site.
“Set high above a tranquil turquoise lagoon pool and with unsurpassed views extending across the Castle Hill Country Club golf course, Sydney CBD and to the Blue Mountains, these elevated bespoke residences mark a new era of apartment living and it is something we are incredibly proud to bring to the market.”
The first release will be called Marque which features one-,two- and three-bedroom residences. These will feature organic curved balconies along with green landscapes spilling and around each home.
The interiors feature timbers, soft coloured stone and subtle neutral tones. The kitchens feature a large island, while the living rooms flow out to a private entertainment terrace.
“Mixing textures is not only aesthetically appealing but is essential in creating a warm and soothing environment, allowing residents to step inside their home and instantly feel relaxed,” said Amy Pacewicz, Turner’s Project Interior Designer.
“The buildings have a youthful contemporary edge surrounded by magnificent grounds that have been purposefully designed with outdoor space to encourage exercise, mindfulness and connectivity, which is the philosophy behind Infinity Park.”
The pool itself has a surface area of 125sqm with a perimeter of 67 metres, along with change rooms and shade areas.
2024 is the expected year of completion for Infinity Park.
