Another $250 million or more of residential development is about to hit the market, with the announcement of three projects for the Gold Coast, Queensland.

Perspective Nexus

Developer Christie Leet’s Sherpa Property Group has launched its latest upscale 1581sqm residential project on the southern end of the Gold Coast, at 949-953 Gold Coast Highway.

Positioned between the estuaries of Tallebudgera and Currumbin creeks, Perspective Nexus will involve a collection of 34 residences, taking up half the site’s allowable density.

Ranging in size from 235sqm to 560sqm, the properties will be priced from $1.45 million to $6.5 million.

“We are very excited to begin unveiling this project in such a unique and highly sought-after location,” Mr Leet said.

“Palm Beach encapsulates an eclectic mix of desirable water frontages including the vast Pacific Ocean as well as Currumbin Creek, which runs from the hinterland in Currumbin Valley down to Palm Beach where an abundance of lifestyle and activity on and around the water converges at Perspective Nexus.”

Perspective Nexus is Sherpa’s third Palm Beach development, following their sell outs of Perspective 488 and Perspective Two Sea. The two projects achieved a combined sales total in excess of $70 million.

Sherpa is gearing up to migrate its ‘Perspective’ brand further north, lodging a DA for ‘Perspective Broadwater’ which will encompass a boutique collection of six full-floor apartments overlooking the esplanade and waterfront of Biggera Waters.

$45M Vantage Burleigh

Vantage Burleigh is located in Burleigh Waters and is set to bring north-facing apartment living. Construction is well underway on the $45 million residential project.

Developer Rayjon Group is continuing its relationship with GCB Constructions, after being awarded the contract, with completion expected a year from now in September 2022.

“We are very fortunate to have an established excellent working relationship with GCB over the previous two stages at Vantage Gold Coast in Benowa, which were both completed on time and delivered to our standard of quality.”

Tyneal Dodds, Rayjon Group’s General Manager

“We have strong confidence that Vantage Burleigh will be a place buyers will be proud to call home.”

The project is designed to become an exclusive community that will provide a selection of 56 two and three-bedroom apartments, some with additional multi-purpose rooms, all with large private balconies and two car spaces.

Located right next door to Treetops Plaza Shopping Centre, Vantage Burleigh is a short walk from a supermarket, speciality stores, medical precinct, dining, cafes and essential services.

$130M Esprit

A Gold Coast-first residents’ only wellness rooftop is set to rise 11-storeys above the Rainbow Bay Village, creating a lifestyle haven unlike anything seen before, claim the developers.

‘Esprit’ will see the delivery of 97 apartments across two interconnected buildings with dual frontages to Boundary Street and Ward Street.

The centrepiece of the $130 million Esprit is a one of a kind 1,100sqm rooftop wellness centre and recreational area, to be known as ‘Club Esprit’, which S&S Director Paul Gedoun says will re-shape the way residents experience their new beachside home.

“We wanted to create a recreational space that went beyond functionality, we wanted an oasis catered to creating a sense of community among like-minded residents,” said Mr Gedoun.

“There is nothing in the same league of Club Esprit across the entire Gold Coast and we believe it will revolutionise the way our residents experience the beachside way of life.”

Designed by Cottee Parker Architects, Esprit embraces a unique architectural offering imbued with calming touches to capture a beachside holiday feel.

Esprit is a continuation of the company’s latest endeavours elevating the southern end of the Gold Coast which has seen the sell-out of the $74 million Flow Residences, one of Australia’s best-selling beachfront projects, and the recent sell-out of Awaken Residences, which set a new sales record with its penthouse sold for $8.15 million.

S&S Projects has lodged a development application with Gold Coast for its third southern Gold Coast venture which will be marketed by Jayde Pezet of KMSM, who was involved in Flow and Awaken.
