Kinstone Group, a Brisbane-based developer, continues its relationship with Rawcorp after announcing them as the builder for their upcoming Solaris Rochedale project.

The $82 million project has been fast-tracked after achieving sales for 70% of the townhouses offered. The company says the strong demand has risen due to buyers seeking larger living areas driven by the pandemic-induced work-from-home trend.

Solaris Rochedale is located about 100 metres from the Rochdale Town Centre and is near the Gateway, Logan and Pacific motorways and the Eight Mile Plains train station.

Once completed, the development will deliver 129 two and three-storey townhouses featuring four bedrooms plus study and two-and-a-half bathrooms. Townhouses are priced from $589,000.

Previously, Rawcorp has built two projects for Kinstone; the 66-townhouse Silkyoaks Parks development and 29-townhouse Gumtree Parks.

The project manager for the development, James Chou, has described Rawcorp as the “perfect choice” to deliver the project.

“Rawcorp brings to our development a wealth of experience gained over many years across a range of projects and has become a valued builder partner for our company,” said Mr Chou.

“We are pleased to have secured Rawcorp to successfully deliver Solaris Rochedale which has been extremely well received by the market.”
