- The first drive-through of its kind in WA
- Whiteman Edge shopping centre is located in Perth's growing north-eastern corridor
Stockland’s new Whiteman Edge shopping centre – located about 20 kilometres northeast of Perth’s CBD – is now home to the first Coles Click & Collect drive-through in Western Australia.
Coles’ new service allows for convenience, especially for those living in Perth’s growing north-eastern corridor.
Earlier this year, Coles introduced a new Click & Collect Rapid service whereby customers could place orders with just a 90 minute lead time.
The shopping centre, which will feature 12 speciality retailers along with the anchored Coles, was opened by Rita Staffioti, the Minister for Planning along with Stockland General Manager WA Residential, Col Dutton and other Coles team members.
“We’re pleased to officially open the new Whiteman Edge Shopping Centre, in line with our strategy to deliver the best communities in the country – providing excellent outcomes for residents and key infrastructure close to home,” said Mr Dutton.
“Whiteman Edge continues to attract new residents through its thoughtful design, offering connectivity to a range of amenities including world-class parks, playgrounds, education, leisure, close proximity to the proposed Whiteman Edge train station, and now, a new shopping centre right at the heart of the thriving Brabham community.”

The shopping centre development was a partnership with Stockland, Coles Property Developments, WA-based Credential Construction and Wallace PM.
Notably, as a part of Whiteman Edge’s sustainability strategy, the centre uses sustainable Reconophalt – which is made from 20% recyclable plastic derived from waste streams – for the 302-bay car park. Reconophalt is the first road surfacing material of its kind in Australia
