Auctus Investment Group (ASX: AVC) announced that at 10:30 am AEDT on the 8th of March, US Student Housing REIT (ASX: USQ) began trading on the ASX.
AVC announced the proposed listing of the REIT focussing on off campus student housing at large public universities in the United States of America on 16 December 2021.
The USQ issue price was $1.38 per unit with 55,541,218 fully paid ordinary units, and the market capitalisation upon listing was A$76.6 million.
Auctus through its wholly owned subsidiary, Auctus Asset Management Pty Ltd (AAM), is the appointed Investment Manager of the REIT and receives a management fee of 0.60% p.a. of Gross Asset Value (GAV).
Auctus through its wholly owned subsidiary, Auctus Investment Holdings Pty Ltd (AIH), has invested A$4.14 million into the REIT and is a 5.4% holder of units as alignment capital.
