Belle Property agents David Wood and Jenny Dwyer have been announced as co-agents for Ronnie & Georgia’s house (House #1) on the current season of The Block ‘Fans vs Faves’, which this year takes place in the Melbourne bayside suburb of Hampton.

2 Bronte Court, Hampton is being renovated by veteran ‘Faves’ contenders Georgia and Ronnie Caceres, who previously came third on the show’s 2017 season.

The couple from Perth are looking like strong candidates for this year’s prize, already winning the guest room reveal challenge on Sunday night with a coastal vibe design and high attention to detail.

Director of Belle Property Albert Park David Wood has appeared on 11 seasons of The Block including auctioning the winning property on three occasions.

For the show’s seventeenth season he is teaming up with Jenny Dwyer, Principal Director of Belle Property Sandringham, who brings three decades of experience and is one of the area’s best selling agents.

“It’s great that we get to be involved so early on with the listing. We look forward to being able to support Ronnie and Georgia with their renovation, by sharing insights on the local market along with the property features and must-haves currently in demand with property hunters.

“Today’s upmarket buyers are demanding quality finishes, combined with logical layouts and top-notch fixtures and fittings. And it’s crucial to get this balance right when renovating, avoiding under or over-capitalising, yet ensuring a perfect finish.”

Due to lockdown restrictions, the agents are looking to technology to help run the marketing campaign.

“Our marketing campaign will feature extensive video, virtual tours and online viewings in the event open for inspections are curtailed,” added Jenny.
