Singapore developer World Class Global has appointed Colliers Residential Victoria as the master agent for Australia 108.

Completed in 2020 and designed by Fender Katsalidis, the 319-metre tower is the tallest residential tower in the Southern Hemisphere.

Tim Storey, Colliers’ Director of Residential, said the tower offers residents resort-style amenities and an integrated lifestyle, something that has become more desirable over recent years.

“Central Melbourne is entering an extended period of low apartment supply levels not seen since the mid-90s. Australia 108 represents one of the few remaining opportunities for astute buyers to secure an apartment in a landmark Melbourne building.”

Facilities include floor-to-ceiling infinity pools, state-of-the-art gyms, a golf simulator room, sophisticated dining rooms, lounge rooms, private cinemas and a vertical sky garden.

These elevated amenities make up three levels, with two entire levels in the Star Club offering 360-degree views of Melbourne.

“Australia 108’s is highly connected to all parts of Melbourne through its walkability to the CBD, Flinders Street Station, and trams along St Kilda Road, and world-class schools and universities within easy reach,” Mr Storey added.

1 and 2 Bedroom Sky Residences start from $525,300, with 3 Bedroom Cloud Residences beginning at $1,823,000.

An apartment on the 100th floor became the most expensive residential property sold in Melbourne during 2015, selling off-the-plan for $25 million, at a rate of $33,000 per sqm.
