- $3 billion worth in sales from the first two residential towers
- Led to the release of the third residential tower - Watermans Residences
$3 billion worth of sales has been secured across Lendlease’s Residences One and Two of One Sydney Harbour in Barangaroo South.

Lendlease will soon release the third and final residential tower – Watermans Residences.

The market price starts from $1.42 million for a one-bedroom apartment.
The release of Watermans Residences will bring to an end over a decade of work by Lendlease at Barangaroo South.
One Sydney Harbour is expected to be completed in 2024.
One Sydney Harbour features
The 30-storey Watermans Residences tower will offer 162 contemporary apartments with high-end luxury interior design and a north-facing park, city, and water views.
Residents will also be able to access amenities and facilities available in Residences One and Two, as well as the Sky Garden within the building.
Residences One was awarded a 6 Star Green Star rating in Design by the Green Building Council Australia, with Residences Two and Watermans Residences also targeting 6 Star Green Star.
