The first of two towers that will become Australia’s tallest twin skyscrapers has been completed in Melbourne’s CBD.
3L Alliance’s $1 billion development spans across 80 levels of residential space set above a six-level commercial and retail podium located at 350 Queen Street
Graham Cottam, Regional Managing Director of Multiplex, the construction company responsible for the development welcomes the news.
“We are delighted to complete the first tower of this iconic new development,” he said.
“Despite the restrictions of the site’s location and the scale of excavation required, the team employed a range of innovative construction techniques to deliver this outstanding project,”

Several hundred architecturally designed fins are a signature feature of the
design, but created a challenge for the construction team.
Designed by Cox Architecture, Fender Katsalidis Architects and Hecker Guthrie, the towers will also feature a public plaza with lifestyle amenities such as private cinemas, a library, poker and mah jong room, a private garden terraces, karaoke suite and a resident gym.
Residents will be able to enjoy a pool, spa and sauna along with dining rooms and an exclusive resident lounge that features skyline views.
The development includes 810 apartments along with 6,000 sqm of commercial office space and a retail precinct.
