  • $75 million boutique residential apartments planned for Casuarina Beach in NSW
  • Holms Development are collaborating with DeMartini Fletcher
  • TOTAL Property Group will be managing the sales and are expecting a high level of inquiry

A $75 million boutique residential apartment building has been planned for Casuarina Beach in Northern New South Wales by Holms Development and DeMartini Fletcher.

PAMA Casuarina will sit on 4083sqm and will be situated at 5 Grand Parade.

Holms Development director Godfrey Esmonde said he collaborated with John DeMartini of DeMartini Fletcher and secured the site earlier this year to deliver an owner-occupier focused apartment building.

“We were immediately captivated by the relaxed and laid back lifestyle and amenities at  Casuarina Beach, plus the convenience of the site’s location with shopping and cafes directly across the road.

“It makes sense to develop a luxurious, chic residential apartment building that sits in harmony with the unique character of the area and its environment.”

Luxury apartment marketing agency TOTAL Property Group will be managing the sales and are expecting a high level of inquiry due to growth of the area and the limited supply of quality owner-occupier apartments in beachside areas.

TOTAL Property Group managing director and PAMA Casuarina Marketing Manager Adrian Parsons said the development’s design responded to the need for high quality, low maintenance homes in the Northern Rivers coastal area of NSW.

“We expect PAMA Casuarina’s private residences to be snapped up quickly by buyers looking for the ultimate beachside lifestyle with all the conveniences that make life easy.

“The median house price for Casuarina over the last 12 months has risen to $2.1 million and the introduction of PAMA creates a more affordable alternative for people looking to enter the Casuarina property market.”

Features

Designed by architect Danny Juric, the plan is to develop 47 two, three, and four bedroom private residences across four storeys within tropical landscaped grounds priced from $1.1 million.

The building will feature resort-style amenities such as a pool with a wet deck and beach, barbeques with a kitchen and bar area, outdoor showers, and a dog wash bay.

PAMA Casuarina Beach will also include board storage facilities, custom stand-up paddleboards and surfboards, and bicycles for residents and their guests.

Mr Esmonde said the building’s and landscape’s power will come from accredited sources under the Federal Government’s National GreenPower Initiative, meaning all energy requirements will come from 100% renewable sources with every apartment purchaser given the option to also connect to GreenPower if they want to further reduce the carbon footprint of the development.

A 40kw solar system will be installed on the roof to supply renewable energy and offset the costs for air conditioning and lighting of common areas, as well as the heating and running of the swimming pool.
