- VaultRE new orders were 65% up on the previous quarter
- Bill Nikolouzakis appointed CRO, Mark Levin group head of sales
- Leesa Sinn appointed general manager property management
Proptech Group (ASX: PTG) announced today they had increased new sales orders by 65% for VaultRE for the June quarter, compared to the previous period.
The company said the increases were attributed to the recent sales team restructuring that has a focus on “a combination of new agency offices, bundling and upselling to existing customers.”
PTG said the focus was still on property management, which received a record number of orders.
The recently acquired Eagle Software was reported as completing record new sales as well.
Appointments of CRO and more
Following these successes, Proptech Group said it “has enhanced its revenue-generating management capabilities” with the appointment of a chief revenue officer, group head of sales, and general manager of property management.
Appointed to the position of chief revenue officer is Bill Nikolouzakis. Mr Nikolouzakis was originally appointed as chief operating officer in January this year, his remit is now expanded to revenue.
Group head of sales is Mark Levin, an experienced senior sales professional with more than 20 years’ experience in SaaS (software as a service) or subscriptions, predominantly selling technology to the real estate industry. Mr Levin previously held sales management roles at Openn Negotiation and realestate.com.au.
Leesa Sinn was appointed general manager of property management. Ms Sinn has spent 22 years in real estate and is regarded as one of Australia’s leading Property Management training and software implementation specialists.
