The 2021 House Awards shortlist for the category of ‘apartment or unit’ has been released
Architecture Media organises the highly sought after House Awards. They describe the category of unit and apartment as recognising “…achievement in the design of a newly built or renovated individual dwelling within a multi-residential building.”
To be eligible a project can be a single apartment, unit, duplex or display suite. Hotels or other short-term accommodation, however, are excluded.
