CBRE, Australia’s largest commercial real estate services company has recently appointed Paul McKay to lead its South Australian Commercial Valuation & Advisory Services business.

Mr McKay is a Certified Practicing Valuer who specialises in the valuation of industrial properties. His previous clients include major banks, institutions, Government Departments, and publicly and privately held companies.

He will bring over 17 years of valuations experience to CBRE, and was most recently the Director of Valuations & Advisory at JLL, South Australia for 6 years.

In his new role, Mr McKay will operate across South Australia and the Northern Territory, harnessing his expertise across the major commercial asset classes and specialised assets such as petrol stations and automotive dealerships.

Kyle Richardson, National Director of CBRE’s Commercial Valuation & Advisory Services business expressed his delight at the appointment.
