- Previously, only the residential sales team could use the platform
- Now commercial and developer sales team will be brought in
- During Q4 21, $250K in productivity savings occurred thanks to the platform
LivePreso, an automated digital content platform that was previously known as SalesPreso, has announced the expansion of its relationship with the ASX-listed Real Estate Australia (‘REA‘) group.
Now commercial and developer teams can use the platform, whereas previously, only the residential sales team had access.
The move should help the new tech platform scale during what is typically one of the busiest periods for real estate, with REA using tools such as LivePreso to help streamline how they present themselves during a period of high demand.
“LivePreso’s deep integration capabilities and ongoing commitment to business outcomes over an eight-year-long partnership with REA Group have led to the expansion of our offering to their commercial property and developer teams,” LivePreso co-founder and CEO Aaron Cooper said in a statement.
Over the fourth quarter of the 2020-21 fiscal year, the REA Group had created 5,000 presentations using the platform, which has saved 5,000 presale hours – the equivalent of about 65 presale working days or three full-time annual salaries.
In dollar terms, this represents about $250,000 in productivity savings.
“LivePreso allowed us to up the hours our sales team was selling, with less time preparing and more time in front of the customer where they can make a difference and increase the satisfaction of our customer base,” said Amy Read, Executive Manager Customer Marketing at REA Group.
“We’ve achieved significant increases in productivity, automating all the manual and repetitive tasks that are involved in creating tailored customer presentations.”

The partnership with LivePreso began in 2014 and since then the tool has become a competitive differentiator for the group’s tech sector by allowing the team to utilise content to simplify, technical information for customers in order to facilitate their growth.
The software also integrates with popular business systems and data sources such as Salesforce and Tableau.
