Spyre Group has had a stellar time on the Gold Coast, with multiple developments going up and selling out in record time.

Previous projects include Kommune Resort, Elysian, Natura, MAYA, and Cala Dei.

The latest project to set a record on the coast with the Midas touch: Glasshouse.

Glasshouse

Glasshouse is located at 10 Goodwin Terrace on Burleigh Hill, the property featuring a two level penthouse that spans an area more than five times the size of an average home, according to developers Spyre Group.

The development is home to only three residences, developers Spyre Group said the property has never-to-be-built-out views across Burleigh Beach and north to Surfers Paradise.

The ground-floor apartment occupies the entire floor and features a lower-level terrace. Above this will be the full-floor middle residence, with each of these lower residences delivering 300sqm of living space.

$20M penthouse

Purchased by an interstate buyer, the two storey penthouse boasts over 970 square metres of living area and features a spectacular staggered rooftop terrace with swimming pool and spa deck.

The penthouse also includes two separate living spaces, four bedrooms across two levels, six bathrooms, media room, infrared sauna, fire pit, outdoor bar, multiple outdoor dining and lounge areas, a gym, wine cellar and private five car garage.

The $20 million price tag makes it the most expensive home in Burleigh Heads. The most expensive home on the Gold Coast altogether are either of a few mansions that fetch north of $40 million, and in some cases $50 million.

The Glasshouse project is expected to be completed late 2023.
