ASX-listed property group The Agency (ASX: AU1) has jumped on board as Hawthorn’s official real estate partner.
The Agency will become the presenting partner of Hawthorn’s annual ‘Hawthorn in Business’ corporate networking seminar series as well as its recruiting team partner. The Agency branding will feature on recruitment team apparel.
The partnership between Hawthorn and The Agency provides a platform for WA-headquartered agency to strengthen its position in the Victorian market and reach a broader audience.
Hawthorn CEO Justin Reeves said he was delighted to have them join the club as a corporate partner.
“The Agency is an organisation highly driven by their values, which is something Hawthorn also prides itself on.”
“Adding another high-quality brand as a partner of the Hawthorn family is a milestone to celebrate, [and] we look forward to working closely with The Agency over the coming years.”
Justin Reeves, CEO Hawthorn Football Club
The Agency’s Group CEO Geoff Lucas and Managing Director Paul Niardone felt a strong affiliation with Hawthorn’s dedication to the wider community.
“Hawthorn is one of the country’s premier sporting organisations, for decades this elite club has been renowned for its high performance and professionalism. This resonates strongly with our brand, which has brought together top real estate professionals from around the country,” Mr Lucas said.
“But beyond the club’s obvious success, it is Hawthorn’s commitment to their local community that created such a strong alignment between our organisation. Hawthorn’s community programs visibly seek to support, engage and educate their communities via the Family Club.
“The Agency team is here to help the entire Hawthorn family – its players, management and their 70,000 plus membership base, with any property advice or guidance they require.”
Hawthorn play St Kilda tomorrow in the AFL and then battle West Coast Eagles next week. Does one dare to wonder which team The Agency will go for that week?
No doubt, with the real estate market running on apace, they’ll both be watching property like a hawk.
