The two Plunkett Homes finalists both featured in the $270,000 to $300,000 sub-categories.
Exquisite both in style and in craftsmanship, the property takes design cues from the famed American playground for the affluent: The Hamptons.
“The Jindalee display home features classic styled cladding and statement stone to combine Hamptons coastal elegance with the relaxed West Australian lifestyle.”

The Norfolk also includes features that would see the ears of a Downton fan prick up, a scullery sits expectedly adjacent the kitchen.
Chief Judge Robert Shaw said “The craftsmanship, distinct finishes and carefully curated features were executed with the utmost care,”
“The Norfolk has clearly been crafted with a strong eye for detail… dedication to perfection was the winning factor”
Robert Shaw, Chief Judge
Master Builders Executive Director John Gelavis said Plunkett Homes’ contribution played an important role in developing the industry’s reputation.
“The housing excellence awards celebrate just that: Excellence. The Norfolk emulates this in its details. It’s important for our industry to have high-quality display homes, building trust with WA home buyers,”
