Australian developer Third.i, along with acquisition partners Toohey Miller, has announced the appointment of boutique tier-one construction company Roberts Co to construct the $650 million Warada on Walker project in North Sydney.
The project, located in one of the largest commercial precincts in Sydney, received its development application approval in May Construction is slated to begin by end of this year, and is expected to finish by 2025.
Roberts Co, which has a workbook of over $1.2 billion in projects across Sydney and Melbourne, will deliver the waratah-inspired project and provide jobs for over 140 employees.
JLL has been appointed as the leasing agent for the project, with Woods Bagot designing the project and Give & Take Co as the ESG Consultant.
Generate Property Group is a delivery partner for the project, too.

The project will include 73 car spaces, 156 bike spaces, 12 retail spaces, state-of-the-art end-of-trip facilities, a basement and a co-working space.
There will also be a 1,000 sqm rooftop garden featuring expansive CBD views.
